The Dreamer is within You

Dreaming in Paradise
Watercolour by Beverly Blanchard
Man is all Imagination and God is Man and exists in us and we in him. The eternal body of Man is the Imagination and that is God Himself.”-- William Blake (1757-1827)

Throughout the course of history, there have been many prophets, seers and enlightened beings who have told us in various ways that the source of our power is within.  Yet, for some reason we have continually accepted stories which places Spirit/God outside ourselves.

When you came into this world, you knew who you were.  Unfortunately you didn’t have the experience and wisdom to articulate it.  As time went on you forgot and began accepting what the authorities in your life told you to believe.  It is these beliefs that have taken you away from your true infinite power.  Many of these beliefs have locked you into a pattern or state of being that is not in your highest interest.
As explained in the Law of One, there is no separation.  Spirit resides within you and is entombed within your skull.  Spirit dreams within you and it is waiting for you to awaken to the realization that you and God are one.  The dream is within you.  You do not need an intermediary to connect to the divine presence.  We are all spiritual beings manifested in human form operating from the same Source Energy.  We are each a fragment of Source Energy.

It was Shakespeare who said, “All the world’s a stage and all the men and women merely players. They have their exits and their entrances…and each man in his time plays many parts.”  The man playing many parts is Spirit.  God is the dreamer, dreaming all parts into existence.  You are the author of the story.  Through your thoughts, perceptions, beliefs and feelings you are continually writing the screenplay.  Everyone who appears in your world comes to you through your invitation and is Spirit in human form playing that part you created.
Your life is really like a movie.  You are the author and main actor.  Spirit is the producer who looks after all phases of the movie. He makes it happen.  The nagging mind is the director who is continually telling you that you haven’t mastered the role.  The people and experiences coming into your life are the cast and crew.  All brought together because of the story you wrote.

If you are dissatisfied with the play, it is up to you to rewrite the script to make it conform to your idea of what the play should be. You cannot demand that the actors in your play change their role in your life.  You can however with Spirit’s assistance change your movie because all changes must take place in the mind of the author.  Everything is an outsourcing of your mind’s imagination and it is only through our consensus that we are dreaming in concert.
To change your script you have to know: What Story Are You Telling?  Spirit makes no judgment on whatever story you create.  We are in the world of duality or some say the land of the shadows.  Spirit just lines up the vibrations to match the story you are writing and telling.  All the good, the bad and the ugly experiences in your life, are matched perfectly to the dominant theme in your script.

Next post I will show you how to line up with Source to access your inherent power because Spirit is your imagination.  In the meantime, here is a short clip from philosopher Alan Watts.
